Donations made to Grand Staff Ministries, Inc., are eligible for a receipt to be used when filing your income tax. These are mailed in January every year, so please be sure to include your mailing address with your gift. You may send a check or money order made to Grand Staff Ministries, Inc. to the following address: Becky Spencer, Executive Director Items donated for our silent auction may also be mailed to that address, or feel free to call us to arrange delivery or pick up. For that, we ask for only new items, antiques, and/or vehicles that run. Thank you! For your convenience, we are also able to receive credit card donations through Paypal. Grand Staff Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization and is eligible to receive tax deductible donations. In accordance with IRS guidelines, contributions to Grand Staff Ministries, Inc. are not refundable. All funds donated become the exclusive and permanent property of Grand Staff Ministries when received and are disbursed at the discretion of Grand Staff Ministries. Donated funds will be used in furtherance of Grand Staff Ministries' tax-exempt purposes for evangelism, educating others to know Christ and make Him known, and meeting the needs of hurting people around the world. All of the people who work with and for Grand Staff Ministries, Inc. are volunteers. No donations are used to pay the directors, officers, or helpers.
