Choose the item you want to bid on. Please remember that you will need to either arrange to pick up the item or pay for shipping and handling for us to get it to you. This might affect what items you are interested in.
Make a list of what you want to bid on and the highest bid you are willing to make on each item. (Please use the item description in the listing below so there is no question what you're bidding on.) Specify with each item if you want us to ship the item or if you will be picking it up. Email your bids to me at becky@grandstaffministries.com. Include your email address clearly with the bid.
Anything you bid over the retail value of the item will be considered a donation, and you will receive a receipt for that amount, not for the entire price paid.
The day of the auction, our volunteers will place your bid(s) for you. If you win, I will notify you and send you an invoice through Paypal so you can pay for your item(s). There will be a three or four day delay for payment to clear, then the item is yours, ready to be picked up or shipped. Thank you again for your participation!
