Sithwandwa has had a rough life, having been abandoned by her mother at a young age and passed to various family members.

Unfortunately, they weren't trustworthy.  Uncles and her paternal grandfather abused her, even threatening to kill her if she told. 

But she found the courage to do so, and soon she'll testify in court soon when one of her uncles is on trial. Meanwhile, her life is in danger, and no one in her family has protected her from further abuse.  

We're so thankful we were able to rescue her and welcome her to a place of safety and love in March, 2023.  She transferred to the village high school where two of her “sisters” attend. God is so good!
